Originally developed as a leveling solutions company for torsion-bar equipped light duty trucks, SuspensionMAXX got its roots in leveling kits for GM trucks & SUV’s with the advent of the Maxx Cam, now known in its revised state as the Maxx Cam 2. Designed to eliminate the ‘nose down’ look of newer 4x4’s, Maxx Cam 2 Leveling Kits add tension to the factory torsion bars effectively lifting the front of the vehicle for a bolstered appearance and increased ground clearance. And while this practice of ‘twisting’ the torsion bars has been well-known to off-roaders for years, before Maxx Cam such practices were often very unrefined making them exceptionally dangerous. Now with Maxx Cam 2, FX Cam and Ramm Cam (for GM, Ford, & Dodge owners respectively) the same modifications can be had with greatly enhanced control and never before seen adjustability while realizing strength far greater than that of the OE parts they replace (see bottom left). However, just because you don’t have torsion bars doesn’t mean you can’t have the leveling benefits of our ‘lever-based’ kits. For coil-over strut equipped vehicles, we offer a wide range of fixed height systems made from top quality corrosion resistant materials, such as impact resistant polycarbonate (similar to material used in bullet proof glass) and heavy duty cast aluminum!
